TED University Corporate Communication Unit works under the Office of the Rector within the framework of the TEDU Strategic Plan and Program.

The main duties and responsibilities of the department are:

Establishing the University's communication objectives and policy in line with TEDU's Strategic Plan and Program; to develop and maintain the University's values, culture and corporate image;

- In line with the University's “Corporate Communication Strategy”, conveying information to the right target audiences at the right time using the most appropriate communication tools and messages,
- Developing corporate communication within and outside the institution within the targeted objectives, designing, using and directing communication and promotion tools for this purpose, preparing implementation models for these processes,
- Managing promotional activities (school visits, education fairs, career presentations, etc.) in order to increase the awareness of the University among the public and high school students,

- Designing, directing and managing the activities to be carried out in order for the University to achieve media visibility in line with the “Corporate Communication Strategy”,
- Providing information to local, national and international media organs and all stakeholders,
- Ensuring the implementation and control of all marketing communication activities of the University such as advertising, promotion, public relations, organization, event management, media relations management, social media management, media monitoring, media planning and purchasing, corporate social responsibility,
- Preparing total quality based implementation models with relevant units and stakeholders for all these processes.

In line with these goals and objectives, the entire TEDU Family can apply to the Corporate Communication Department to meet the advertising, promotion, visual design, etc. needs of their unit and receive services within the scope of all the processes mentioned above.
