Corporate Communications Office

The Corporate Communications Office of TED University is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing communication strategies in line with TEDU’s Strategic Plan and Quality Policy, with the aim of strengthening the university’s institutional reputation, brand value, and public visibility.

By bringing together the university’s academic achievements, societal contributions, and institutional activities with all stakeholders, the Office aims to build a strong, consistent, and sustainable communication ecosystem. Our unit operates with a continuous improvement approach, monitoring all processes through stakeholder feedback and performance indicators.

Areas of Responsibility

Strategic Communication and Brand Management
Developing the university’s corporate communication strategy, safeguarding the institutional brand identity, ensuring a consistent corporate language across all communication channels, and monitoring compliance with brand standards.

Promotion and Prospective Student Communication
Strategic planning of national and international promotional activities; managing communication processes with high school students, parents, and guidance counselors; and analyzing the effectiveness of outreach and promotional activities.

Digital Communication and Social Media
Managing the university’s digital presence through the corporate website, social media platforms, and other digital channels; producing engagement-oriented content and monitoring digital reputation.

Media and Press Relations
Preparing press releases, maintaining sustainable relationships with media organizations, communicating academic achievements to the public, and regularly reporting media coverage.

Content Production and Corporate Publications
Designing and producing news articles, interviews, institutional reports, and visual communication materials in accordance with the university’s corporate identity guidelines.

Event and Campaign Communication
Planning the communication processes of academic events, ceremonies, and institutional campaigns; conducting post-event satisfaction and reach analyses.

Institutional Stakeholder Relations
Coordinating communication with external stakeholders including the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the Ministry of National Education, the Turkish Education Association (TED) community, alumni, and other partners; supporting a culture of collaboration across both digital and physical platforms.
